The Hub Company

 The Hub Company Ltd is a Software as a Service (SaaS) business founded in 1995 and privately owned. We have built and own a multi-channel e-commerce platform that manages unattended and/or attended programmable devices such as POS, kiosks, mobile and digital screens. These are often interactive customer touchpoints and referred to as the multi-channels where content is king and interactivity critical.

 We have 4 key software product libraries: Personalisation, Products and Services, Promotion and Payment. We have customised these from a large open source library using something known as a Java Spring Framework. Customisation is aimed at our 4 target markets namely Retail, Transit, Hospitality and Financial Services.

 Over the 15 years in business we have won numerous business innovation awards based on the multi-channel solutions we have created for tier one names such as DHL, Cellnet (now O2), British Gas, National Express, Vodafone, MasterCard and Halfords to name a few.
