Who we are?
The Hub Company has run digital transformation programmes for well over 200  businesses often with global reach. We launched in 1996 as the UK’s 1st digital agency and have integrated over 40m customer journeys and processed over £400m payments during this time.

Why do we do what we do?
The Hub retains a founding mission to transform both companies as well as customers using the latest enabling digital technologies. We remain customer-centric looking to be insightful as well as 100% reliable digital innovators. We aim to make the difference between success and failure in a highly competitive and increasingly digital environment especially post Covid-19. We never stop learning nor looking to help change business for the better and enhance the customer experience.

What do we not believe in?
We do not believe in change for the sake of change and do not set out to disrupt without cause. We are legacy compatible but open to plug in any ‘future-proofed’ applications. We believe in digital innovation and collaboration to complement as well as improve our clients’ business capabilities.

Where do we deploy our solutions?
The world is increasingly looking to become Internet of Things (IoT) connected and The Hub Platform is an IOT platform with 24/7 and in real-time management capabilities. We like to think of ourselves in the end as the enabler of The Hub of Things (HoT) with proven capabilities as a middleware platform and mission control dashboard.

How do we do it?
The Hub Platform is the foundation stone for our end to end solutions. We use it to integrate with agility, flexibility, speed, security, and total reliability for our clients. We do not reinvent what is already built and remain open to plug in new applications and technologies as required. This has involved a global community of developers and over 1,600 outsourced digital specialists on demand over the years. All work is audited and documented once tested and proven.

Partnerships including certifications:

Any end to end digital solution requires The Hub to partner and API integration to ensure the solutions are reliable, fast, secure as well as fully certified as such. This has been a key aspect of our partnership strategy from our foundation and will continue to be so to deliver what we believe is best in class and leading at the time of integration.

The Hub partnership starts with our clients as much of the API integration is based on them providing access to their internal feeds. Secondarily, AWS, and their cloud solution means The Hub platform core IT back office is set up to securely deliver and accept data from both a soft and hardware perspective. The key underlying digital transformation functions from this point on will determine the partnerships required but essentially relate to the integration of content, software, hosting, and hardware solutions. The following are some of the standards The Hub has been accredited for and organisations we have integrated with over the last decade:
