Multi-channel Issuance

The Hub’s multi-channel Platform can remotely manage both attended and unattended programmable issuance devices in any location. This opens up multi-channel issuance of EMV card and non-card form factors to a variety of new and exciting opportunities. In addition they are set up to activate balance checking and top up. Live issuance is available and ready to go in the following channels:

Attended Channel:  

This entails an attendee who looks after the POS or desktop terminal, this helps to guide the customer through the EMV issuance process. They can also sell other services to this captive audience during the issuance process.

Unattended Channel:

Unattended Payment Terminals allow customers to self-serve and instantly obtain an in-market contactless MasterCard for immediate use. 

Bureau Channel:

The Hub has already integrated with a recognised bureau to provide any size production runs, call centre support and additional services (e.g. ID photo on cards, new form factors such as wristbands, and additional non-EMV personalisation applications & in-market printing facilities).
